LCR: Letter of Credit Recovery:

When dealing with various issues that affect your overall revenue cycle management, receivables, lines of credit, or Contract/Commercial Surety bonds status, Cornerstone has a unique service to assist you quickly and efficiently - LCR(Letter of Credit Recovery) .

Typically, while standby letters of credit secure the proper and timely construction of a project, there are certain issues that may prevent timely reimbursement of the funds OR completion of a project, such as:

• Deficiency list requirements not completed.
• Outstanding Change Orders (if applicable) not completed.
• Final Project and Commissioning Requirements such as Site cleaning, Review of building-construction-insurance claims, Review of Maintenance Contracts, Checklist by building type and scale, Landscape grade and management requirements, water & sewage standards, perimeter maintenance, etc.
• Prior deficiencies have not been completed.
• Project contract closure has been designated as non-priority due to a more urgent project or major development.
• Or time has passed, resources have changed, and you or your client, simply do not have the resources to follow-up on any outstanding issues or work orders.
